Rukka Arma S review

andrew Gear Review

Conclusion

Overall, I’m very pleased with these trousers. They may cost a small fortune, especially if you buy them in the UK, but if you are serious about your riding, or if you commute in all weathers as I do, they are worth it.

If you want to save a bit of cash, as I did, as an EU citizen you can buy them from across the English channel. I bought mine from FC-moto and saved myself a few hundred quid. They are still covered by Rukka’s five year warranty, although you will have to send them to Germany or to Rukka direct in the unlikely even that something goes wrong. For 2015 use the voucher code FCMOTOWG15-5 and save an additional 5% on orders over €50.

If you ride all year round, you will appreciate the comfort of an extremely high quality engineered product, safe in the knowledge that if you do fall off, you are wearing the best. Having looked at the clothing available, I believe that you get what you pay for. High quality branded materials which have millions spent on their development and cost a lot to buy and manufacture. If you want the best, you’re going to have to pay for it.

If you are in the UK, stockists of the Rukka Arma S are www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk (who have a free returns policy) and Infinity Motorcycles if you want to try the clothes on for size.

In the US, Revzilla.com seem to have a good selection of Rukka gear and an excellent returns policy.
